Dartmoor Bungalow

Our Clients’ brief was to renovate their family home to better meet their requirements, which included a total renovation of the property. By adding as much insulation as possible, replacing the concrete roof tiles with natural slate, extending to the front and rear of the property, creating an additional bedroom, adding ensuites to number three in total, and perhaps most importantly, adding a new modern kitchen in an extension overlooking the extensive rear gardens.

The two extensions are a contemporary design with zinc roofs and western red cedar timber cladding, something that’s repeated around the rest of the house. ADG’s design drawings and specification, combined with a close attention to detail from our Client and fantastic working relationship with the main contractor, has resulted in the creation of a wonderful family home, perfectly suited to their lifestyle and requirements.
