Dale has gained 23 years experience employed working within a diverse range of projects at all stages of development.
Project sectors have included many high profile, mixed use projects, healthcare, education, housing, commercial and retail, with budgets ranging from £200,000 to £40 million.
Dale has developed a specific skill in 3D visualisations, quickly conveying accurate and detailed external, internal space, sectional and animated 3D images using SketchUP. Able to draw on three years of engineering training to quickly develop viable design solutions and feasibility studies. Special areas of interest and study include sustainable design, especially passive solar design and earth-sheltered construction.
Dale lives in a village on the edge of Exeter with his wife and 2 children, where he enjoys running and cycling and anything creative.
Good design does not need to be expensive, it’s about creating things, spaces and places that work well whilst enhancing the user experience, perhaps simply by making you smile.
