"Promoting modern, faster and greener builds..." - South Trelawny Plymouth wins at the National Insulated Render & Cladding Awards in London!

Exeter Peninsula Dental School is handed over to the client...

The Veysey building was an office building previously occupied by Exeter University. The project was to adapt and refurbish the Veysey building for The Peninsula Dental School Enterprise to replace and enhance their facilities currently provided at the Heavitree site.

The starting point in the design process for the refurbishment of the building was to provide the required Dental Training facility based on the Peninsula Dental School (North) project in Plymouth. This multi-chair cluster layout and zoned approach to spatial arrangement seen within the Derriford facility was proposed by the end user Stakeholders as the benchmark for the Veysey building.

The project was completed in October.

New residential scheme for Coastline Housing...

ADG has designed a new residential scheme for Coastline Housing on a former quarry site in Helston, Cornwall.

The proposed three-storey building comprises 22 one and two bedroom affordable apartments, all of which are Lifetime Homes compliant. A key element of the scheme is the provision of a communal lounge and garden, which will help promote interaction between residents and a sense of community within the development.

The existing site topography includes steep banks around the perimeter with numerous mature trees on the boundaries. These features contribute to making the site feel enclosed and secluded, ideally suited to the proposed building use.
