Rougemont House is completed in perfect time...
ADG were appointed by Kiers to lead the Design Team to develop a scheme to refurbish and revitalise this important but tired building into a brand new school for gifted mathematics students aged between 16-19 years. The original, Grade II listed, Rougemont House was a private residence constructed within the in-filled inner ditch of Exeter’s Rougemont Castle in around 1770.
This new state of the art mathematics school will boast some of the most talented pupils from all over the region, and ADG were able to deliver the project, alongside the contractor, on-time prior to the new September 2014 intake.
Rougemont House has been fully upgraded both internally and externally and now has a new modern access core attached to the external envelope of the building.
