ADG worked with a local Developer and a team of specialist consultants to deliver an outline planning permission for Bradfords Quay in Wadebridge, North Cornwall.
This large Brownfield site centrally located and enjoying views of the Camel Estuary provides great opportunities for a sustainable mixed-use development comprising hotel, retail, restaurant and residential accommodation. The team have developed a coordinated design approach that provides parking, public spaces and residential privacy within a flood alleviation scheme that provides the users with long-term flood protection.
Close liaison and effective communication with the Environment Agency and English Nature as well as the Planning Department and community leaders led to a master plan solution which was approved by the Planning Committee.
ADG Planning & Regeneration team led the public consultation process and the exemplary CAD and graphics skills clearly communicated the intentions to all parties resulting in an outline consent.
