Located within the confines of the Outline Approval gained by English City Funds (Muse Developments), the proposed Office Suite would provide an elegant backdrop to the newly proposed Millbay Square.
The Office Accommodation is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent Standard and through its internal design and arrangement would be naturally ventilated over its two principle levels. Storage, car parking and retail accommodation are located within the lower level basement.
The proposed building will provide in the order of 6000sqft of CAT A Office Accommodation and 1000sqft of separate commercial space providing active frontage to the new public square.
